Game Time!

As a kid one of my favorite things to do was play with my Mad Libs books. When you were young they were as silly as your imagination. As you got older, your mind got a bit naughty and that was fun too. No matter who played, or what words were selected, it seemed the games always ended with belly laughs. 

 

With opening days popping up around every corner we thought now was the perfect time for a Take Me Out To The Ball Game puzzle.

 

For those who don’t know how this works, below is a list of blanks. You fill in a word for each blank and then click the link at the end. You’ll then have the full puzzle to fill in your blanks. Then read the story you've created using the words you selected. 

 

Here are some descriptions of each type of word, along with a few examples, to help you through your list. 

 

Adjective – Describes something (squishy, cute, sensitive)

Adverb – Describes an action (quickly, silently, carefully)

Noun – Person, place or thing (child, school, bike)

Plural Noun – People, places or things (friends, ballparks, softballs)

Verb – An action (play, jump, catch)

Exclamation – (Hooray!, Wow!, No!)

Number – (12, 4, 17)

Color  - (Blue, Green, Yellow)

Name – (Wil, Julie, Tom)
